“The installers were courteous and professional and eager to please; however, on the day of the installation, the weather took a turn for the worst and this was primarily an outside job. Therefore, there were some issues after the installation was finished. Once notified of these issues, Chris and his team jumped on rectifying these issues that very same day. I was so afraid that once they had their money that I wouldn’t hear from them again as is the case with a lot of contractors. Not so with Deakon! To err is human and nobody is perfect especially when pop-up thunderstorms are looming all around the job site so even though there were some issues, This speaks volumes on how much they care about their work and customer satisfaction. Deakon made it right without hesitation and even insisted that they do so. This has restored my faith in customer service which I had thought was a thing of the past. Thanks Deakon!!!”
